Terms of Use for Industrial Enclosure Supply

These terms govern the purchase, delivery, and installation support of steel server housings and protective enclosures supplied by Meilleurlogementneuf across Australia. Read them carefully before placing an order.

Scope of Supply

Meilleurlogementneuf manufactures and supplies steel server housings, heavy-duty protective enclosures, and related mounting hardware for corporate data centers and telecom networks. Every order is confirmed against a written specification that lists enclosure dimensions, steel gauge, door configuration, cooling provisions, and cable entry points. Items not listed in the confirmed specification are outside the scope of supply.

Order Confirmation and Changes

An order becomes binding only after Meilleurlogementneuf issues a written order confirmation referencing the agreed specification. Any change to enclosure dimensions, steel grade, locking systems, or delivery address must be submitted in writing and accepted by our production team before fabrication begins. Changes requested after fabrication has started may affect the delivery schedule.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery dates are estimates based on current production capacity and freight availability. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the enclosure is loaded onto the carrier at our facility. Installation of enclosures, including anchoring, leveling, and connection of cooling fans, is the responsibility of the buyer unless a separate installation agreement is signed.

Inspection and Acceptance

The buyer must inspect each enclosure upon delivery and report any visible damage, missing components, or dimensional discrepancies within five business days. Claims submitted after this period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Enclosures that have been modified, painted, or drilled by the buyer after delivery are excluded from replacement under this clause.

Limitation of Liability

Meilleurlogementneuf is liable for defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship at the time of manufacture. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including downtime of data center equipment, loss of data, or costs incurred through third-party services, arising from the use or failure of our enclosures. Our total liability under any claim is limited to the value of the enclosure supplied.

Warranty Conditions

Steel enclosures carry a structural warranty covering weld integrity and paint adhesion under normal indoor operating conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from improper handling, exposure to corrosive environments, unauthorized modification, or use of the enclosure beyond its stated load rating. Cooling fans and electronic access components carry their own manufacturer warranty terms.

Termination of Use

Meilleurlogementneuf may suspend or terminate supply agreements if the buyer fails to meet payment obligations, provides inaccurate specification data, or uses supplied enclosures in a manner that violates Australian industrial safety regulations. Upon termination, the buyer remains responsible for payment of enclosures already fabricated or in transit.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in manufacturing standards, safety regulations, or delivery practices. The version published on this page at the time of order confirmation applies to that order. For questions about these terms, contact our team at info@meilleurlogementneuf.com or call 0111 1859.
