  • Welded frame instead of bolted corners Corner joints on our heavy enclosures are continuously welded, not fastened with screws. This removes the most common failure point on racks that carry high-density equipment, where vibration slowly loosens standard hardware over time.
  • Cooling paths tested before production We run airflow simulations on every new enclosure layout before steel is cut. The fan mounting plane, cable entry points, and vent perforation are positioned so that hot aisles stay isolated from intake zones, which matters when a single cabinet holds more than 12 kW of equipment.
  • Steel gauge matched to the deployment site Not every location needs 3 mm plate. For indoor data centers we use lighter formed sections that keep shipping weight down, while outdoor telecom huts get thicker walls and sealed gaskets. The specification is written per project, not pulled from a generic catalog.
  • Access control integrated at the factory Locks, tamper switches, and electronic latch interfaces are fitted during assembly, not retrofitted on site. This avoids drilling into painted surfaces and keeps the enclosure's protective coating intact around every entry point.
  • Documented load and thermal reports Each enclosure ships with a test report covering static load, door deflection, and thermal rise under rated conditions. Facility engineers use these numbers directly in their own capacity planning instead of relying on estimates.
