Frames are cut, folded, and welded in our Australian workshop. Structural members are checked against the agreed gauge, and weld seams are ground flush where panels need a clean interior for cable management.
Fan trays, blanking panels, and perforated doors are fitted according to the thermal plan from step one. We test static pressure and airflow direction so hot spots do not develop behind dense switch stacks.
Each unit is loaded with test rails to verify weight capacity and door alignment. Paint thickness, grounding continuity, and lock operation are recorded on a checklist that ships with the enclosure.
